Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon Streets

In late February, the streets of HCMC were already less busy because of virus restrictions.
Still, it is clear that the streets of HCMC, like Hanoi, are full of traffic and scooters and bustling life of cafes and vendors.
Unlike Hanoi, the streets and sidewalks are broader and cleaner and the general scene is more affluent.
Note in middle photo that people eating on the street use the scooters as tables or sofas and that they are eating at a 7-11.
