These crops below seem to increasingly be in large-scale farms or plantations.
First below is Dragonfruit or 'Pitaya.'
Coffee will grow in certain conditions, found in the Highlands.
More and more land seems to be converted to coffee farms.
Large areas are now being devoted to industrial growing of Pineapple.
The photo below shows chives in rows on left and Pepper vines growing on trellis on right.
The area around Da Lat in the Highlands had dense greenhouses used to grow flowers and vegetables for HCMC/Saigon.
Although not a crop of plants, saline flats below were being used to produce salt.
